Ten boxers selected to compete in this year’s Bocskai tournament in Hungary

TEN members of the GB Boxing squad have been selected to compete in this year’s Bocskai set to take place from 16th-22ndMarch 2026 in Debrecen, Hungary.

The squad of boxers is made up of members of both the podium and academy squad, including World Boxing Championships silver medallist Teagn Stott as he continues his step up to the heavyweight division having previously competed at cruiserweight.

Also, in action is reigning European U23 champion Bobby Wallace (M80kg) who will be joined by Abdul Burton (M55kg) and Mary-Kate Smith (W75kg) who also competed at the U23s, picking up silver and bronze respectively.

Elsewhere, Ivy-jane Smith (W55kg) and Vivien Parsons (W57kg) will be looking to go one step further than the bronze medals they earned at the Boxam earlier this year. 

At women’s flyweight, Alice Pumphrey marks her return to competition, six months after reaching the quarter final stages of the World Boxing Championships in Liverpool. 

Completing the squad is Scotland’s Aaron Cullen (M55kg) and England’s Kyle Shaw-Tullin (M75kg) and Matt Williams (M90kg).

The selected ten boxers will represent England and Scotland at the Bocskai.  The full team is:
