Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II 1926 – 2022

GB Boxing is deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, and offers our sincere condolences to the Royal Family.

As the United Kingdom’s longest serving monarch, Her Majesty has been a central part of public life for many years and will be greatly missed.

Her Majesty was a great supporter of sport in this country, most notably the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and it is a fitting tribute to her that the site of the Games is named the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in her honour.

Her Majesty will live long in our memories and our thoughts are with her family at this very difficult time.
